In this paper, we present a simple an important method is called plotting method for concepts of Math. This method is applicable and important. Almost , all of today's conventional nail polishes have been built of a polymer , a plasticizer , solvent and a kind of dye . It is estimated that the percentage of each : polymer (15%) , plasticizer (5%) , paints and oils (5%) , solvent (75%) … In each section , depending on the color and varnish application , used the various materials some of which such as phthalates , Toluene and formaldehyde that are classified in the category of toxic and hazardous substances for humans and the environment. Despite the possibility of replacing the less dangerous substances Instead of this toxic materials , still , we can see it in combination lock on the market which are produced by famous brands . What do we mean by effective physics education? It is this teaching that is changing the way students think about physics and solving physics problems. And it motivates them to think more like physics experts. Experts see the content of physics as a coherent structure of general concepts that describes nature and has been proven by experiments, and they use a systematic content-based problem-solving method that is applicable to a wide range of issues. Most people (new learners) see physics as separate pieces of information written by scientists that have nothing to do with the real world. For beginners, learning physics simply means memorizing information and solving problems with instructions that apply in very specific situations, and this is the first aspect of learning, mental comprehension, widely studied, and especially related to physics.

Creativity is an important factor in life and also entrepreneurship, job creation and problem solving abilities is based on increasing the skills and capabilities of individuals. Capacity also depends on the creativity and the application of new ideas.so The spirit of inquiry and ideas in various disciplines, including biology that contributes to solving major issues in today's world, both in social and environmental terms is essential. Today has been proven the boost of creativity is teaching based ,then traditional ways of teaching biology is a serious challenge in this area .The aim of this study is to provide solutions for strenthen creative and idea making education with an eye to the future in teaching. Library method for data gathering and the analytical approach is used for this study. Strengthen the application of "observation based" method rather than mere " class based" in biology education, teaching and application of inductive teaching based on motivational techniques in biology teaching is the most important finding of this study

Education alone is not enough in the academic environment. The main purpose of this research is to study "teaching based on concept" and "teaching based on laboratory and practical education " in license major in farhangian university . This investigation has been studying samples in amount of 50 people in tehran , which has been chosen coincidently . In order to collect data , atfer testing them with average approval of 68% by experts , we used check list to analyze their knowledge ,with average approval of 98%. Check list has been filled with 4 professor (phd in biology). Teacher-students was divided in 2 groups . One group has been taught based on concept and the other group has beed taught based on laboratory working for 2 month. In order to control changeable terms , in despite of choosing them coincidently , we used one of the professors for both of the groups . In order to Analyze data we used yomen-witney test . The result of the research showed that there is a big difference in knowledge, skills ,perspective and satisfaction between 2 groups of teacher-student , and theories of this study was 95% approved . Final result is teaching biology based on laboratory working is more effective
