The main purpose of this research is to study "teaching based on concept" and "teaching based on laboratory and practical education " in license major in farhangian university . This investigation has been studying samples in amount of 50 people in tehran , which has been chosen coincidently . In order to collect data , atfer testing them with average approval of 68% by experts , we used check list to analyze their knowledge ,with average approval of 98%. Check list has been filled with 4 professor (phd in biology). Teacher-students was divided in 2 groups . One group has been taught based on concept and the other group has beed taught based on laboratory working for 2 month. In order to control changeable terms , in despite of choosing them coincidently , we used one of the professors for both of the groups . In order to Analyze data we used yomen-witney test . The result of the research showed that there is a big difference in knowledge, skills ,perspective and satisfaction between 2 groups of teacher-student , and theories of this study was 95% approved . Final result is teaching biology based on laboratory working is more effective
