The manipulation and control of electronic spin states play a major role in the construction of spintronics. To this end, one usually applies a magnetic field to remove the Kramers degeneracy, while the spin states are controlled and manipulated through the Rashba spin-orbit coupling, whose strength has been demonstrated to strongly depend upon gate voltages.In such nanostructures the conduction electrons form a two dimensional electron gas at the interface.This study is carried out when two electric fields, which cause electron confinement at the quantum dot, as well as an outer perpendicular magnetic field, which dissociate the spin states, are applied. In this article, we present the control of Rashba and external magnetic field parameters the time evolution of the electronic spin, of an electron in an anisotropic two dimensional (2D) Rashba quantum dot under the aforementioned conditions. Our study shows that the spin, while precesses on an ellipse, also wobbles strongly depend on the Rashba and magnetic field parameters.
