What do we mean by effective physics education? It is this teaching that is changing the way students think about physics and solving physics problems. And it motivates them to think more like physics experts. Experts see the content of physics as a coherent structure of general concepts that describes nature and has been proven by experiments, and they use a systematic content-based problem-solving method that is applicable to a wide range of issues. Most people (new learners) see physics as separate pieces of information written by scientists that have nothing to do with the real world. For beginners, learning physics simply means memorizing information and solving problems with instructions that apply in very specific situations, and this is the first aspect of learning, mental comprehension, widely studied, and especially related to physics.
