This research aimed to utilize Design Expert software as a valuable tool in the field of pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) and educational enhancement, with the goal of training users. Additionally, a study was conducted to optimize the E5 method for teaching the experimental science lesson. Design Expert software (DOE version 13) was employed as a tool to improve pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) in educational environments. This software proved to be a powerful and user-friendly statistical tool, enabling educators to design and analyze experiments, formulate hypotheses, optimize processes, and visualize data. Furthermore, a virtual study was designed to investigate the impact of three factors: test duration, educational level, and total number of students in schools on the E5 method for teaching the experimental science lesson. The advantages of using Design Expert software in the development of pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) and educational enhancement were clearly observed. The results indicated that teachers and educational decision-makers could optimize the personalization of the teaching-learning process using this software, leading to more positive outcomes in learning and academic improvement. Additionally, the results concerning the effect of the three aforementioned factors on the E5 method for teaching experimental science lessons demonstrated that a test duration of 60 minutes (Exam time=60), along with an increase in the number of students (Population=600), significantly enhanced the effectiveness of the E5 method in improving experimental science lessons. This article represents the first report introducing the application of Design Expert software (DOE) in the field of pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) and educational enhancement. According to the experience of the authors, this software (i.e. Design Expert software (DOE)) has a great potential for entering this field. The recent virtual research was also a confirmation of this potential, and it is hoped that this virtual research will facilitate further research in this regard by researchers in this field and lead to the publication of many more reports in the future. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
